When mouth is big and mind small as bacteria

Rambut sama hitam, darah sama merah dan hati lain lain.

They are many people in this lovely planet that have rotten heart. These people usually are self centered and feel that nothing is great except their own or their immediate family. Sometimes make me even wonder that this perfect human have flaws in their life and still believe that they are still great.

This sick human likes to brag about their life but they forget that a lot of people knows their story. They feel that they are perfect which we already knew that they have hiccups in their life. They taught people and adviced people thru their experienced and I reckoned nothing is phylosophycal right about their view. The view just came out from a frustrated human being that is self centered. Why should the majority ever listen to them. Few might and basically that few poeple just pitty with what had ever happened to them.

And this rotten heart have still mouthed about other people even with very minimal knowledge they knew about other people. They failed to seek to understand other people and later understood them. The art that Dr. Covey taught that they have not mastered. They do not have emotional bank account like all human must have because thay simply unhuman.

Do they have to exist in this world, mind you they can because they put colors in life, it just that do they need to have friend, well, you guest what.

Till then this rotten heart people. YOU GET LOST

They ini refer kpd seseorang yg mungkin berseorangan atau juga reramai.

Update on Gegar ..... Mini Konsert by Booby and Aku

Do not have much thing to telling story. I wanna tell about Fireworks competition but I wanna wait till our family watch them all. So far the event have pulled toooooooooo manyyyyy crowd that causes the hi-way and road in every access to Putrajaya massive traffic jam.

You guys bear with me la ekkkkkkk.

OK, Last two weeks ago, I asked Bobby how I can record the sound and Bobby has passed me an url where I could download the software for free. I downloaded the file and start to record the sound.

I played Heaven by Bryan Adam, You're Beautiful by James Blunt, Patience by Poisons Bukan Kerna Nama by Ramli Sarip and none of them sound good. When I played without recording the song, the sound of the guitar was good. Then I noticed when I do recording, my fingers movement were limited by the mic that I put in the sound box of the guitar. I strum in a control manner so that I will not hit the mic and causing the mic to fall.

Stress kejap aku because I have not practice Sketsa Sebuah Cinta by May. Bobby, sorry ekkkkkk. I plan to borrow a mic from my friend so that it can pick up the sound from some distance, not in my sound box. Then I can strum the guitar with freedom without having to think that I will hit the mic.

Ok bobby, once I complete recording the sound, I'll publish the record sound and you can follow the beat, ie. the speed. We practice separately.

By the way, other than Bukan Kerna Nama and Sketsa Sebuah Cinta, apa lagi lagu kena maik ekkkk.

Lupa raaaaaaaaaaaa

One good point to ponder ..... or maybe two

I got test today and glad that I could answer to all the question. Although the answer was not 100% correct, at least it meet most of the expectation the lecturer wants. Phew................... I relieved.

Last night I tried to concentrate with the study. Hampeh .................... Arc watched TV inside the bedroom eventhough what she watched is similar with azfar in the family hall. The only different is that Arc likes to switch TV from one program to another. I got disturbed as the sound of the TV gave the nuisance.

So I decided to have a glass of coffee at Mamak restaurant in a hope I could stay up until 2am in the morning, when everybody has fallen to sleep.

When I reached to the restaurant my old friend shouted at me and called me to join him with his brother which I did. We had a chat from football to business from corruption in the business and in the sport. He even telling story about our Budak Disco friend who recieved bribe while he was playing for Selangor and it really shocked me. Have you ever heard a story when in a one day match, there are 3 groups gave bribe to 3 different areas in a field. One group bribe the strikers and midfielders to score goals, one group bribe the defenders to let loose the defend and the last and definitely not the least the goal keeper. In somewhat game shall be played in entertaining manner and sportmenship, these 3 groups played their role. My Budak Disco friend just got luckier because in the first leg in Singapore he was red carded and he didn't play the 2nd leg match. Selangor lost to Singapore with agregate 2 - 1 and a week later its became history. BPR stepped in and found several player of recieving bribe. They were Malek Abd Rahman, Gunalan and Hasan Miskam ( buat malu jawa ajer). The whole team were bribe but only 3 of them were found guilty. My friend told me that The Budak Disco had mentioned to him that Hasan Miskam recieved huge amount of money (I knew the figure and its really granddddddd) for letting Selangor lost. I am glad that I once a die hard fan of Selangor.

I cheered for Selangor until Datuk Mazlan Harun was forced to step out from FAS. Today no more ........ I don't see any value if I cheer them or even other team in Malaysia as I believe the players don't play for the sake of sport, they play for the sake of their own pocket with bribe money, It happened once with Azizul Abu Hanifah, It happened twice with Malek Abdul Rahman and I feel it happen over ond over again since the persons who were caught were little but the other culprits still at large.

Other than bribe in business and sports, we chatted about value of money. Well my old friend is a young business man chaps. His father hand over the business to him 3 years ago and ever since then the company has growth. He now have one shop lot cost almost RM700K and to me its a milestone in his business. His company became a sole agent for several instrumentation tools from Japan and Korea and since he can communicate in Japanese, most Japanese companies buy instrumentation tools from his company. Now he has diversifed the business into engineering and have secured some project under UEM.

My friend gave a perspective of buying cars. I like the way he presenting the idea. Initially, I didn't agree with his thought and I challenged his idea. As calm as he always be he gave his opnion.

In his opinion, he said that there is no point of dumping high down payment for a car. He gave an example of one of our friend who recently bought Toyota Innova. He put RM32K for his down payment for a car cost RM100K so that our friend only made loan of almost RM62000. He asked my opinion which I said that is good as he dont have to pay high installment or he could shorten the loan period thus reducing the interest. That answer is very typical to him and he asked me to rethink again whether or not it is a wise move. I didn't hessitate and said the higher downpayment the better so people could pay less installment or shorten the loan period. He finally gave his opinion.

According to him, the moment we sign the S&P with the dealer and bank, the value of that car drop 20%, which mean the value of the car now become RM80K. Now, if we pay RM32k downpayment, we basically have pay RM20K depreciation values to the bank upfront, which according to him is not wise. He said why not the RM20K use for investment, save in the unit trust or make small business that a return beating the interest the bank charge to us. He believed that it is a wise decision than dumping all the saving we have just for a reason to pay low installment without thinking other thing that is more profitable.

I said not many people could run a business with RM20K and he disagreed with me. Many things could be done with that RM20K if we really open our eyes. Oppurtunity always cross our sight and we just look at them and never try to see them. When we finished the conversation at 1.00am, I didn't seem to agree with him. Although the numbers seems logic, I didn't believe with his idea/opinion.

While bathing in the morning, I tried to think again what my friend is trying to teach me and later I got what he meant. He is a business man and that RM20K is basically usefull for him to roll the cashflow and subsequently grow the business. That is for him as for others he is trying to sink and idea whereby the money if we invest properly will compound and beating the interest the bank charge us. This will enable us to beat the depreciation value and interest rate.

Well I dont know about you, but I think this is something worth to ponder. The idea really makes me thing twice or even more before I really want to change car in the future.

Something good to ponder

Behavioral Change Agent

A lot of thing is changing now at my work place. Well, its nothing new. We all well aware that new management tend to change things in the way they feel best. Its up tou our perception of their objectives. Some embrace it whole heartedly while some embrace it with sceptical. Not that we dont trust with the challenges the new team wants us to face, not that we afraid of change but at this moment we dont see anything yet that the senior leadership team can be a role model. Nothing close at this moment. Anything they do always lies certain agenda that pleases other people like minister for example. Not that they want to show on the capability they have in managing one big corparation, its more on political mileage that they want to show.

The missing integrity that make all of us sceptical with the whole process and this has been espouse as the #1 value in my work place. Its really shamefull.

Well, we are all the mirror of the leader themself. What they do we emulate. So if you want us to have integrity, shows yours first. You are what the consulant call Bahavioral Change Agent.

So be like one.

The best performance ............. I reserve that claim a little while

Malaysia Under 19 succumbed to the giant once again. They lost to Bayern Munchen 2-1, drawed with Chelsea 0-0 in which they dream that this result will be a catalyst to beat PSV Eindhoven at the later match and unfortunately that dream remain dream. They lost again to PSV 2-0.

I didn't expect too much from the team as I realized that our performance and capabilities are still far behind the elite club which we invited all around the world. Some said the lad have given everything to make the Malaysian Team a team that we can proud off. Well, their best is not enough and I reckon everybody demand more.

My friend asked me why I am so sceptical about the future of the Malaysian Football. I do not have the answer because even if I have the answer, would the FAM would ever listen to a 'once die hard fan of Selangor'.

I told my friend I used to support the Malaysian Team with all my heart, I even watched the World Youth Cup where we host in 1996. I underpinned Hatem Sausi and asked everybody to cheer. I did all that. We lost all the match and I am still proud with the young team.

And now look what happened to the team. Hampeh ......... When everybody return to the state and when they started to recieve a lucrative deal from their employer, just look at their attitude. So pathetic arrogant footballer as if their on top of the world in the classy world. The fact that they just incapacited to play football like the world class footballers play. What they tried to compare is that they play football better than Kinta India Football Club, A club that birth players from the estate that once a champion of Piala FAM.

I have a friend who played football for Selangor and labeled by the newspaper along side Azman Adnan as one of the Budak Disco that forced them out from the National Team Selection back in very late 90s. He was so made of being dropped from the National Team Selection and I told him Serves You Right. What he after is international cap if ever he can don the yellow-black stripe shirt. I didnt hear anything that is emotionally attached to his heart for playing for the national team. What he wanted is International Cap so that he can demand more from Selangor.

I can still vividly remember when one of the season he played few matches because he is deemed not fit through injury and proud to say Aku Tak Main Pun Selangor Bayar Gaji Aku. Apa Aku Kisah Janji Duit Masuk. Professional abroads when they injured, they want the recuperation process faster so that they can play football immediately. As if they feel guilty for having salary without playing matches. This is one of the attitude we are lacking. Basically our player after money and pride for playing for country come second.

That is the reason why I still reserve my credit to the team eventhough when they considerably play better than the senior team. I want to see their attitude when they start to get pay from the state. I want to see their desire for playing for the country, play with pride and dignity not money.

Well attitude alone will not help the future of national team to be succesfull. I do not see any development program for children under 15 and under 12 country-wide. We do have Sekolah Sukan Bukit Jalil and Sekolah Sukan Bandar Penawar. FAM and MOE were very proud with such program and I feel its totally absurd. How many player do these school could provide. The most 40.

Take this example, in the UK they have 25 top flight football club and each of the club have academy for their youth. Simple mathematics, 30 people multiple to 25 clubs = 750 young footballer, compare to us merely 40. The cheap system will not make our team a success, likewise the super structure for football facilities will not make our team superior (apa korang ingat org Iraq main kat padang rumput karpetke).

What we need is more youth academy with a reasonable numbers of coaches that can develop our youngster, and make the kid challenging themself togreatness. The training system must be in place, the sport scientist must be appointed, the nutritionist must program intake for the players. These programs plus attitude of the player will bear good fruit in the future. Its like a pillar, if any one of the program fail, the progression collapse.

Macam nak sambung lagi tapi aku balik dulu la

Arc's mum admitted to the hospital

Last Saturday I got head ache. Not too painfull but enough to give nuisance to my day. Arc supposedly met with IV together with Yum but since I got work to do and my head ache not getting any better, so Arc just stayed at home.

Sunday morning, the head ache did not ceased. I just slept to relax the pain. Arc was worried because that night we supposedly attend wedding reception in Mandarin Hotel. Her towkey made a reception for her step son. I was still dizzy when we off to Mandarin Hotel later that evening.

When we arrived we were amongst the earliest guess arrived. Arc's bos asked the hotel personnel to usher us to table # 1 for the managers. Since we were the 1st couple to arrive in #1, we chosed the spot that we can comfortably see the bride. The Guess of Honor was our Ex TPM DS AI, we were understood that this young lad be friended with DSAI when he was studying in the UK while DSAI give speech to student in Oxfords.

I tell you, the cost for that wedding reception is more than RM200k but, I still feel that the food served in my friend 's house in PD is much better than this. I ate 2 plates but it did not meant that the dish was great, I just got hungry because we only start the dinner 5 after 9. Lapar siot.

When we were on the way to the hotel, Arc got a called from her sister saying that Arc's mum felt dizzy and can feel chest pain. She wanted to meet a doctor in Bangi, adjacent to our house. We told them that it is Sunday and the clinic has closed by that time. So Arc suggested to her sister to take their mum to the Hospital.

Later Arc's sister called and told us that their mum is taken into emergency dept in Hospital Kajang. After dinner, we off to hospital Kajang and by that time it almost half past 11. We were told by the doctor that the ward is full and we need to take mum home later after she finishes her penusulin drips.

It almost 1am when we reached home.

Early in the Monday morning, the BP and sugar level was ok but when my FIL took my MIL to the clinic, the BP surged to 217. The doctor asked FIL to send to Hospital Kajang again which they did. Still full but they waited from morning till 4.00pm before my MIL admitted to the ward.

Till this day, MIL condition has got better. Monday night Arc accompanied her mum at the hospital and she will be doing again tomorrow night.

And that night, I'll be sleeping again with my rough daughter, heheheheheh
