Been a while now. It is like this a while seems ages I have not written anything in this blog. Sorry friends............. I have been very busy. Off late, I always back home till night, many times I said I want to update but the pillow seems more attractive than anything else.
I still owe some story about the days in Leipzig and I do not really know whether to continue it or just write something else new. I have been home for more than 3 weeks now and the story in Germany seems basi. Joe once laughed at me about my will to write on daily basis while I am in Leipzig. Since he has written more than I did, I reckon he knew what is like to commit them and to break them. I am sure he knew that I will get myself busy. I am indeed.
OK..............I'll just briefly tell you the remaining days I am in Leipzig. Anyway, this will mark some note of my own in case I have forgotten that I have reached to Leipzig.
Hari Raya - Berlin
I celebrated Hari Raya in Berlin. We got an invitation to perform prayer and reception at the Ambassador Office. When we reached to the ambassador office at approximately 2.00pm, the reception had just over and the security guard advised us to go to the Ambassador House. We took the address and off, we went to the ambassador house and reached there an hour later. The foods were really great........no no no no no it isn't because we were hungry. The food were really great honestly and it was cooked by Datin herself. We met several Malaysian students who travel from all over Germany to celebrate Hari Raya with Malaysian and Datuk Ambassador.
Our celebration not only limits to Malaysian, our Germany counterpart also want to celebrate the Hari Raya with us and want to taste Malaysian Delicacies. They booked a hotel's kitchen and we cook together. It was very fun night. Some counterparts could not take hot foods but many still love our varieties. Those who could not take hot food just ate Nasi Minyak. They said they love nasi minyak. It taste good on its ownnnnnnnn....... macam iklan roti gardenia kannnn. And many like to eat lamb curry and masak lodeh. That masak lodeh itself have the story. Supposedly that masak lodeh goes with nasi impit and became lontong but the hotel's chef suggest to us to make as a soup for a starter. Hmmmmmmmmmm gasaklaaaaa............. Since the masak lodeh is not hot and it taste milky and sweet, the German love it very much.
Dresden
We have been planning to visit Dresden the first day we reached to Leipzig. Our excitement came even more when we passed Dresden on our trip to Prague (Praha). The city is a capitol city for Saxony Anhalt while Leipzig is the economic center for Saxony Anhalt. The city was badly damaged during the 2nd world war since the state was an industrial center during world war. The city is also a place where Lutheran Teaching started and later was known as Christian Protestant.
They have many gothic building and the city just picturesque overlooking from Elbe River. The picture?.................. go to my facebook ok.
Wierniegorade
It is an old city south-western to Berlin. The trip is organised by Human Resource International Q-C*lls. It is popular because it has a castle to which Kaiser William likes to visit during hunting seasons. The city also become popular because of two things. Firstly because the building were mostly build by huge log. Secondly the city become a congregation place for all witches all around Germany. This happened in the 16 to 19 centuries.
Today, the castle become a place where the choir performing their show and the choir school in this place is notobly as a best choir school in all Germany. They too have travelled the world to sing before the VVIP in every respective country they have visited.
The Training
The training just got out of hand. The counterparts in Germany do not have standards practice like we usually have in Malaysia. They just took control of the facility system from the contractors and currently learning to manage the organization by themselves. What we can do is basically to understand their requirement and specification so that we can benchmark the process between Thalheim and Cyberjaya. In fact, their coordinator said that the German shall learn from Cyberjaya as the team from Cyberjaya has a lot of experience from previous fab plant. They will come to Malaysia somewhere in February next year to benchmark our processes in managing facility module. Are we good? You better bet we are and I reckon there are other good values that I believe we can adopt from the Germans. We shall pick what is good between us to prosper.
OK............ some may wonder how I could have time to write this. Welllllllllllllll, doctor says I had migraine and asked me to relax at home. So I relax....
