To loose weight .............. again

I gained weight again. I thought the body mass will stay at 90 kg but it still increasing. Cissssssssssss. What shall I do now?

I, for sure thing will not use Herbalife to reduce my weight. I could not afford it. Some more, I believe if I use Herbalife, I will stop blogging. Just look what has happened to Angah. Her thought now concentrated with Herbalife. Meeting after meeting just another lame excuses for not updating her blog wakakakakakakakaka.

OK, I got a friend in my office whose wife used to be, how shall I say this, in a polite manner, haaaaaaaaa big size (not F*t kekekekekekekeke) manage to reduce her weight simply by taking less rice. She only took rice once per week for her carb diet and now she is slim. A fortnight ago my colleague took her to visit our home and she looks different from the photo my colleague have on his desk.

I don't know whether that is the right regime to loose weight and I reckon it work for her. I am now trying to emulate the regime but only take rice once everyday. On top of that I will resume my sport activities like playing badminton, futsal and soccer.

Early this morning my brother has 'imported' me to play for his taman against MARDI. For the start its good. Though we lost 3 to 1, I feel great for burning the fat. So for 45 minutes, can some one tell me how much fat and calories I burned?

Nak tau cara turunkan badan dalam masa kurang 5 minit? Senang je bang, ko re-calibrate bathroom scale ko tu kasi -10kg.Mesti lega bila tengok result weight ko pastu.. wakakakaka

eh, betul tau ... 4 bulan lepas, aku mmg x mkn nasik ... sebulan tak mkn nasik, turun 5 kg .. pastu aku tukar kerja, kat tmpt baru tak pernah missed makan nasik lunch pastu malam plak rain jek masak nasik n makan .. terus naik balik 5 kg tu ...

Fat = horizontally challenged <-- more appropriate. Heh!

To start with, kau boleh try not to take rice in a week. Pastu kau akan rasa kau akan makan in a small portion je. Aku assume perut dah mengecut. Tapi bila, sambung balik makan nasi everyday, perut kembang balik laaa...
