Foot Solution for Arc

Arc has a heel sore for more than 2 years. She only realised that she had the problem when she first played futsal with me together with Angah, her sibling and friends when we started the frienship 2 years ago.

She met several doctors and from the questions and answers during the consultation, the doctor said that she probably had heel spur or plantar fasciitis. This happened because the calcium has over deposited on her heel's bone and made the bone overly growth. The excess bone cause the pain to the heel when the bone pressing the muscle on her foot.

So for two years Arc bear the pain and almost everynight she asked me to rub the sole to comfort her feets. And of course the latter lead to something else la kang kakakakakakakakakaka. I had suggested Arc to have small operation to grind off the spur and the doctors said in many cases it will not ease the pain as the area will grow again.

So, every now and then Arc will buy new shoes that have cushion which could absorb the pressure while she is walking. I tell you, she has many shoes more than I have, never mind the baju in the wardrobe hehehehehehehe. Well, the problem is that the insole would not last long.

So one day we went for Foot Solutions in Alamanda and we tested the insole without the shoes. Arc straight felt the comfort with the insole and she made a test to her foot. Nevertheless she would not dare to ask any further for not giving anyhope to the salesman of buying the insole and the shoes.

So everytime we walked in Alamanda and passing by the store, Arc would peep the shoes and insole. I told Arc if she still could bear the pain, I do not have any problem listening to her cry when she in pain or otherwise just get the insole and the shoes no matter what the price is.

So finally she agreed to get her insole crafted in accord with the arch of her foot and the kumfs shoes that house the insole. The price, hmmmmmmmmm expensive, verdict on the pain, hmmmm till this days she had not comment and I reckon the insole and shoes had pampered Arc.
