Post Job Interview in Cyberjaya

Many people were asking how was my recent interview with a MNC in Cyberjaya. Frankly speaking I do not know but the sign is promising.

I was interviewed for like more than 1 hr. That person tested me on various process in the facility module. Just to rest assure that I am competence enough to lead facility module in that organization.

Though I cannot answer some questions, I reckon I did pretty well with the systems that I am familiar with. Further more, I believe in the very similar industries that I am working right now, there are no people that could handle 5 or 6 systems. The most is 4, which I did. The rest would probably 2 or three or even worst, their experience is only managing vendors as their company outsource the service to maintain the facility system. So I just tell to the interviewer that I am not familiar with this systam and that. That is that. And he satisfied.

At the end of the discussion, he asked how much I want and I stated the number I want. So much so to tell, to tell the story short, he offered me quite handsomely and I could not resist. Though he said that the final figures is upon MD's approval, my gut feels say, I better grab that opportunity even if the MD slashes some numbers. (jgn la keterlaluan potongannya tu hehehehehehe). Lucky not always come twice.

He passed his email to me if I didn't get any offer letter from his company as he is travelling to Germany, right after interviewing me, to find lodging for their new staff who will undergoing training in their parent company in Berlin. To me, this is already a good sign because my friend who attended the same interview wasn't asked to email him if the offer do not come to my friend in 2 weeks time.
