I had had an offer from that MNC company and their offer was far too low from my expectation. Called my ex-boss and checked the situation.
According to him the person who interviewed me still want my service.
Later the person who interviewed me asked would I accept the offer. I emailed him him stated that the numbers the HR manager put was low compared to what he has scribed in the recruitment form.
He advised me to decline and he will talk to the HR mgr to improve the offer.
Called back my ex-boss updating the situation. My ex-boss told me not to worry as this is part of negotiation.
See if they can come out with better offer.
Mean while, the person who interviewed me told me that If I accept the offer from their company, I will be sending to Berlin for a month on 20th Sept 2008. Meaning that kena beraya di perantauan la aku. And they will give me extra allowance arround RM5K for that OJT.
